Deb's Story
Deb had an amazing career in the Air Force before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2013 to stay home with her newborn son and 3 year old daughter. She had her children later in life because of her career. Naturally, she wanted to do everything possible to grow healthy babies. She knew that in order to do that, she had to transform her health first.
She did her research and that's how she found out about Whole Foods Plant Based (WFPB) living. But still, her improvements were on again, off again for years before she finally cracked the code and figured out how to make it work in the real world, with real life happening, and her Husband, and her kids.
Coaching changed Deb's life and she wanted affect that kind of change in others. That's when she became a Certified Life Coach. She also certified in The Way of Excellence system as well. Her experiences has led her to create Simply Planted, her signature small group coaching program, which combines her coaching skills with her knowledge and experience in Whole Foods Plant Based living.
